      <description>Try &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;$ jobs (This will list the jobs)&lt;BR /&gt;$ fg &lt;JOB&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The sh man pages states:&lt;BR /&gt;Bring each job into the foreground in the order specified. If no job is specified, bring the current job into the foreground.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;See the sh man page for a further description.&lt;/JOB&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;CTRL&gt; + z will put a current process in the background.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;CTRL&gt; + c to stop the process.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# jobs (will show your own bg processes) &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# fg &lt;JOB_NO&gt; (will get background process back to the foreground)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/JOB_NO&gt;&lt;/CTRL&gt;&lt;/CTRL&gt;</description>

      <description>do a jobs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;it will list the job nos.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and then you can do an fg %1 or something similar.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hth&lt;BR /&gt;-balaji</description>
