    <description>Can anybody tell the root cause of the above&lt;BR /&gt;panic string in HP-UX? Why and when such panics happen? Iam unable to debug this issue.</description>

      <description>You don't mention much about your system or environment.  I would suggest the following:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1.  Have the crash dump analysed by HP&lt;BR /&gt;2.  Check patch PHNE_28895.  This mentions a fix for a panic in post_hndlr() on HP-UX 11.11 but you would need to ensure the stack trace matches.  The previous option is looking the best.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers!</description>
