Hi All,
when I view top, some processes use a large part of cpu(130%-140%), but I try to verify at the same time with Glance and this processes were normally up with a acceptable cpu usage.
So, It's possible that top "lie".
I hope in yours suggestions.
Thanks.
You can try comparing the CPU usage using Glance.

make sure you have the latest top cumulative patch installed.

like for hpux11.0

http://www1.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/patchDetail.do?patchid=PHCO_26020&context=hpux:800:11:00

Revert

Dont use the WCPU line in top (weighted cpu) - use the CPU line - which cant go over 100%.

Also, you may need a top patch;

PHCO_25204                            1.0            top(1) cumulative patch.

This is the 11i version, probably a slightly different number for 11.0
