    <description>Why not just try setting up xfs first, add the fontpath and export the display first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you want to then add the chooser etc after fine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;keep it simple ;)</description>

      <description>See attached I suspect you either need to setup a fontserver to serve the HP fonts to the linux system , or via Xresources set a different font.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;set up xfs as per doc on hpux, then run xset +fp tcp/&lt;HOSTNAME&gt;:7000 on the linux system before running the gui .....&lt;/HOSTNAME&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This indeed font orientated .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;try this on linux&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#get a chooser&lt;BR /&gt;#parameters hp-uxbox n[ where n=1-3]&lt;BR /&gt;#&lt;BR /&gt;#example choosecde topaz 1&lt;BR /&gt;#&lt;BR /&gt;#note you also should give a fontserver&lt;BR /&gt;#&lt;BR /&gt;X :$2 -indirect $1 -fp tcp/topaz:7000 &amp;amp;&lt;BR /&gt;exit&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;or&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#get direct cde login&lt;BR /&gt;#&lt;BR /&gt;#parameters hp-uxbox n[ where n=1-3]&lt;BR /&gt;#&lt;BR /&gt;#example getcde topaz 1&lt;BR /&gt;#&lt;BR /&gt;#note you also should give a fontserver&lt;BR /&gt;#&lt;BR /&gt;X :$2 -query $1 -fp tcp/topaz:7000 -once -terminate &amp;amp;&lt;BR /&gt;exit&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;         There are 3 areas on a linux box where&lt;BR /&gt;this works well and so you can have a chooser or direct connect&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;topaz is always my font server&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;         steve Steel&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
