Hey Folks,

I realize HP is no longer the owner, nor responsible for supporting, RTAP/Plus...however if there is anyone still out there using/familiar with it, I sure could use some help.

I am setting up an Rtap environment, however whenever I try and start RtapScBuilder (to build a schematic), regardless of starting it with the GUI or from the command line, it is failing with an error of unable to initialize the colors.

I am also getting a constantly logging error from RtapXColorMngr regarding unable to access all the color cells.

Anyone have any idea where to start?

Thanks in advance!
Mike

Try http://www.rug.org/ it's a rtap user group that might have more info for you.

Still true. I was using Exceed through a win2k machine. I changed the setting from automatic (which was setting it at 24bit) down to "Psudocolor" which uses a smaller bit map. I don't actually know how much smaller, but it did the trick.

Thanks!
Mike
