    <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;I have hpux 11 and have installed gmake.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm trying to do "make bootstrap" for gcc 3.2.3, and I get errors: &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;n.o libcpp.a  main.o libbackend.a ./intl/libintl.a   ../libiberty/libiberty.a&lt;BR /&gt;/usr/ccs/bin/ld: Unsatisfied symbols:&lt;BR /&gt;   libiconv (code)&lt;BR /&gt;   libiconv_open (code)&lt;BR /&gt;   libiconv_close (code)&lt;BR /&gt;collect2: ld returned 1 exit status&lt;BR /&gt;gmake[2]: *** [cc1] Error 1&lt;BR /&gt;gmake[2]: Leaving directory `/irs/tmp/gcc-3.2.3/gcc'&lt;BR /&gt;gmake[1]: *** [stage2_build] Error 2&lt;BR /&gt;gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/irs/tmp/gcc-3.2.3/gcc'&lt;BR /&gt;gmake: *** [bootstrap] Error 2&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;....has anyone running gcc on HPUX dealt with this problem?</description>

      <description>addendum:   I installed "libiconv-1.8-sd-11.00.depot" prior to gmake, so I'm suprised to see an error related to it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Perhaps it's a path problem somewhere?</description>
