I would like to know how to analyze system crashes in dlkm modules with q4.

I have a C240 running 11i.

DLKM support was only recently added into q4.
(so I've been told) but I've never been able to get it working.

I have seen evidence of it working, but that could have been a tool called p4..

in any case on hp.com/go/developer or go/developers there is a DLKM section showing example code and debug methods.
