I have use it for a long time but today it suddenly can't connect to console.

Check the connection to see if any loose cables. If connection is ok, any error shown in the browser while opening the web console? If so, please post here so that we can trace your problem.

Hi Ryan,

Are you able to ping the web console. Also make sure you have java enabled in your browser. Check for any loose cable on the web console / system side.

Ryan,

First step: Attach a local console to make sure the port is ok.
Second step: Make sure cables are attached firmly.
THird step: power cycle webconsole, it might just be hung.

I can connect and login to web console. Finally, I reset web console once and reconnect the console cable.

The problem is solved now and it is most likely a loose cable problem.
