Predictive Question

I am trying to configure predictive on a box and it will not give me the option to configure it to use email. It keeps defaulting to the modem configuration. I don't/won't have a modem on this box. Any thoughts? Thanks!

What version of the OS are you running, and do you have the system fully patched?

I am running HP-UX 10.20. What patch might I need. I tried to load a predictive patch and got an swinstall error message about not having the correct initial filesets. Do I patch the diagnostics?? HELP!
