    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Officially HP is not at all supporting 10.2. it was ended in mid 2002. &lt;BR /&gt;but we requested HP for support, after agreement i started receiving support plus CD for 10.2. (on Jan 20,2003 i received  support plus archive cd - Dec 2001 for 10.2).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But i haven't encounetered any software problem on 10.2 since sometime back</description>

      <description>You can get assistance up until end of June 2003 for 10.20&lt;BR /&gt;The last software update was produced for 10.20 in the Support Plus bundle was December 2001. There will not be any further updates to this.</description>

      <description>I was still running 9.05 until the drive it was on failed last week.  I did not have any Y2K problems with it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;10.20 is probably the same way, real stable.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would suggest upgrading if it is in a production environment.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have not had any problems, I would venture that you will not have any in the future.  But of course, any problems can force an upgrade.  Better to upgrade when you want to instead of when you have to.</description>
