hi,

Yes, you're executing a script (perhaps from crontab) which uses 'stty' command while it shouldn't because the process is not attached to a terminal.

You could use something like :

[ -t 1 ] && stty kill ^U intr ^C susp ^Z

Rather than forcing stty in your .profile.

Hi,
it probably comes from your cron jobs whenever stty or another command requiring terminal input is activated.
