      <description>OK...this may be worthless, but..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;try typing in the full syntax to shutdown spooler - &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;/usr/sbin/lpshut&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the directory structure IS there...and the permissions and ownership on everything is right...the only thing I can think of is environment &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just a thought,&lt;BR /&gt;Rita&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
