I am getting lots of CLOSE_WAIT sockets on my OAS server which have been originally from my coprporate web server.<BR />netstat -a |grep 8080 ouputs lots of CLOSE_WAIT connections. Due to which my oracle application listener reaches it's limit. I need help on the following things,<BR /><BR />01. Can i release these sockets forcefully ?.<BR />02.
