    <description>The 'Support Tool Manager' contains a utility called 'logtool' which can show you all hardware related issues for as long as you have records. (Probably since system creation if you did not know they were there).&lt;BR /&gt;You can get at them through the STM interface.  There are three of them - 'xstm' is the x version, 'mstm' is a command line menu driven interface, &amp;amp; 'cstm' is a straight command line interface.&lt;BR /&gt;I use 'xstm' Go to the drop down menu 'Tools' and select 'Utility' then 'Run..'  A menu of tools will appear. Select logtool.&lt;BR /&gt;You will need to play around here, but for the most part you are just viewing logs in various levels of detail, no options for destruction here.</description>

      <description>When predictive sends info back to HP, does it keep a log on my machine?  So that I could go back and look at anything sent to HP.</description>
