Predictive ? Where is it ?

We recently purchased 7410 with 11i on Sep 2002 install cd set. I could not find "predictive bundle" on any of the CDs, is it excluded from Support Plus ? Do I have to get a new "codeword" for "seeing" the software on the CDs ?

It is acutally in SUPPORT PLUS CD and is not protected .

You might be looking for the wrong thing, it is actually part of the DIAGNOSTICS bundle.

Predictive should be on your Support Plus cd's, but it is being replaced with ISEE which in my opinion is a better package.

James is Correct.

However, HP mentioned current predictive product is for HPUX11i prior to Dec2001, I could install it on Sep2002 OS.
