Hello,
I would like to set up some HP authorized support for our machines.
Anybody from HP reponse center in this forum?

I am going to support all of them and we do not have any vendor support for hardware nor for software.h76y

Hi,

UNIX support was perform directly from HP in your country.
No authorise vendor support like PC product.

THey will do by Solution Center (formerly response center).

just contact HP in your country.

Hi Jane,

Either contact HP in your country, or perhaps have a browse through http://www.hp.com/hps/tech/ for HP Services and http://www.hp.com/hps/tech/software/hpux/index.htm which is for HP-UX specific services.
