topic cobol error in Operating System - HP-UX

Dear all , i installed cobol for hpux 10.20 on a b2000 machine.after installation i get the following error when i try to execute a cobol program.
error: HP Micro Focus COBOL licensing request failed.
FLEXLM Message:cannot find license file(-1,73:2).No such file or directory.
cob:error(s) in compilation:programme.cob.
also kindly let me know if any installtionprocedure is there.

Hi,

Object Cobol is a licensing software and you must purchase it. Object Cobol uses Flexlm (License Manager).
