      <description>Do you have this parameter entry in $ORACLE_HOME\network\admin\sqlnet.ora file&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;sqlnet.authentication_services=&lt;SOME-VALUE&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have it change it to &lt;BR /&gt;sqlnet.authentication_services=none&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please check it out and revert&lt;/SOME-VALUE&gt;</description>
