It's licensed software that you'll have to purchase. Talk to your HP rep.

B3864AA = DCE/9000 DES libs (US & Canada only) DCE Domestic & DCE_KT_Domestic filesets comes on the Domestic CD are free but codeworded.at 11.11 this bundle no longer exists

for whats on app's and core O/s CD's at 11.00, if this is 11.11 and you can't find a similar post for 11.11 (I'm sure I posted the info) let me know.

One word of warning ..being from the UK we don't see or hear of Domestic CD's I guess the guys over the other side of the pond will know what this refers to.

DCE comes in 2 flavors that depend on the strength of encription.

The US government decided long ago that the strong method should not be exported, hence it is called Domestic.

It is only on the CD and has to be ordered.
