I have a software running with Linux and I want to show the display on a HP-UX workstation, but there are problems with special characters and fonts.
The Linux-PC runs with Xfee86 4.2.0
The workstation (HP-UX 11.11) runs with X11 (vendor release number: 600000).
Where from may I get a HP-Xserver which is "better" than the current?

You can try simply to add the linux pc as a font server isf it is a question of fonts.

alternatively install the latest QPK from http://software.hp.com/ which will include the Xserver bundle. You will also find in and around there instruction on setting up a gnome desktop environment if you prefer that to CDE.

Later,
Bill
