what is minimum library required to copy over for a ftp guest account in order to do ls, rm, rmdir and ckdir

for ls, all you need to do is create the directory usr and subdir bin, make them 555 and copy the ls command from its location to the newly created /usr/bin, make it 555.

for rm and rmdir, they can simply use the dele (delete) command in ftp.

Hi,

If this is a chroot'ed environment, you should copy /sbin/ls to $USER_HOME/usr/bin. if $USER_HOME is "/" for the chroot'ed user.
