      <description>The close operation has failed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sometimes is a hardware issue ( insert 3 or 4 times a cleaning tape). &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Some times is  a tape related problem ( use another tape).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it persist change the tape driver.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I tought to use the mstm diag utility to pass diagnostics to tape. Also, you can use a tape and make several tar file on it. Then, take a look to the /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log to see if there are any new error entry.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway, if you heve got a lot of this messages, the best you can do is change the tape.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope this can help you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best Regards.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Juanma.</description>
