Only a port to IA-64 is available. Thus only on 64bit machines.

Like the latest version of HP-UX, 11i, is only available as 64bit.

Hi,

you can run a lot of UN*X flavours on Intel/32:
Linux (SuSE,RedHAt,Debian,Mandrake), OpenBSD, NetBSD, FreeBSD, Solaris, SCO UNIX, UnixWare, XENIX, and such,
but in order to run HP-UX on Intern-CPUs you'll need an Itanium-system and HP-UX 11.20 (IIRC)...

Hi,

I have HP-UX 11i v1.5 (HP-UX 11.20) running on my HP i2000 (IPF IA-64) workstation.

Thus, HP-UX runs on Intel with the IPF family.
