      <description>The simplest way I know of:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;uuencode &lt;FILE_TO_SEND&gt; &lt;DESIRED_NAME_OF_ATTACHEMENT&gt; | mailx -m -s "Subject" &lt;EMAIL_ADDRESS&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can do a similar activity with mmencode.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Z.&lt;/EMAIL_ADDRESS&gt;&lt;/DESIRED_NAME_OF_ATTACHEMENT&gt;&lt;/FILE_TO_SEND&gt;</description>
