Cx_oracle installation

Hello all,

Is it possible to install Cx_Oracle on HP using python3 ( 3.9.17)

If possible, how can i install it?

My system: hpux1131 B.11.31 U ia64

Python : 3.9.17

Oracel instantclient: 21.10

Cx_Oracle: 8.3.0 ( or any suitlable to python3 )
