If you happen to have one of the Itanium 2 machines, then the above information is all up for grabs. HP is still working on setting things up for the Itanium 2 machines. One site will announce new CDs, etc., but they aren't listed under SUM. In fact, even when you call the contract services, they don't know what is and is not available. Hopefully, HP will get this straightened out in the near future.

Hi Miro,

Assuming you have a registered system handle: from the ITRC home page, select the "Standard Patch Bundles" item under "Downloads/Licensing", then select the "Obtain Support Plus from Software Update Manager" option. There you can order the CD's.

Pete

Hi,

To download support plus on itrc you does attach your support contract ID at your login.
You can go to www.software.hp.com to command support plus on CD.

Regards,
Jerome

Miro,

If you have a system handle linked to your user account on the ITRC, go into the SUM (software update manager) section. This section will give you the option to either download support plus or order it for physical shipment. If you have problems linking your system handle or cannot find where you can order software, simply open up a software call and we'd be happy to help you out.

Best Regards,
Eric

Hi,

If you have a Support Contract, call your HP Contact and ask for one copy. In about two weeks you'll have the cd.

Regards, Vicente.
