dtsession lock problems

On hp-UX 11.00, my login is up to 8 letters. When the session lock, I can't unlock with my password and I have to take the root password.
I have installed the patches PHSS_22339 and PHCO_26089.

How can I do ?

Can you provide like,

Is the login name of the user greater than 8 characters?
What is the user id for the user?Is that he has the same user id as root i.e. UID=0?

Check whether the user has a expired password?
Try changing his password and logging in again.

Hi,

One way to cd /tcb/files/auth
There should be a number of directories under it.
If you find these files, you are on a trusted system.

First please answer the queries regarding the user and the system,

you can try doing this

Edit /etc/dt/config/C/sys.resources as

Dtsession*keys:

like

Dtsession*keys: joe

check the man pages of dtsession.

I verified, my system is not trusted.
The login name of the user is greater than 8 characters, it's look like "utilisateurMN".
It's ID is 911 and it is not the same as root.
The password is not expired and I try to change it and the problem continue.
