    <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The solution from the linked document did not work for me because EMS could not be disabled from monconfig (as recommended in step 1 of the solution)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I got some errors flashed momentarily on the screen after I selected "Kill" EMS from monconfig.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Actually I thought this WAS the problem to be resolved at the first place (EMS could not be stopped or got to work because psm_data file is inaccessible).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please advice&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;PS&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
