I found some tools for unix box, but I am concerning the license , Do I need to pay money for the below licence :
GPL , shareware , BSD license , GNU . Thanks.

For shareware (as opposed to freeware), you need to read the terms set forth by the author of the software. He may require (though maybe not through a license key, etc) that if you use his software, you send him some $$$.

Good shareware is often a great deal.
