Mark,
please attach 'armdsp -a va7100_pcd' and 'ioscan -fn' outputs to your next reply. It says "did not provide a Serial Number for device file /dev/dsk/c14t0d0". What's this c14t0d0? I need to check all these I requested above in order to help you
Eugeny

c14t0d0 should be LUN 0 seen through another VA controller at path 1/8/0/0. Run 'insf -e' and check ioscan again: for device
"disk 8 1/8/0/0.8.0.108.0.0.0 sdisk CLAIMED DEVICE HP A6188A" device files /dev/[r]dsk/c14t0d0 should be created. Then try SAM again
Eugeny
