    <description>I know this is probably not the right forum but does anyone know the answer to this problem:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Everytime the User opens any Excel spreadsheet they cannot perform basic functions such as insert a row or cut and paste.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
