Yesterday I've opened a card (with extension .psf)..It was a virus...
I update my antivirus daily, but it's not able to find the virus.
The damage is that sends e-mail continuosly..
What can I do?

There are many types of viruses/worms, and in general there are as many removal tools:

To identify and find the correct removal tool I recommend trying another virus scanning tool than the one you have tried.

Try for example:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

This is because some viruses deliberately try to disable virus scanning.

Using a personal firewall to block suspicious application behaviour is another tip.

run it, check for updates then let it scan your system. Post the results here.

We will tell you what to check so HijackTHis can kill it.

This virus scannere has done a good job where others have failed to find the bug and repair the damage, choose the extra scan features on the opening page, good luck....................

be aware that some viruses donot write anything to the disk, they reside only in memory, and a reboot cleans them out (but doesn't prevent reinfection). this type of viruses would be invisible to most virus scanners.

Maybe its a very good reason to change to a virus-free and unhackable OS.
HP has announced a virus-free and unhackable E-mail system.
Yes, it's not running Windows.
It's running OpenVMS with Sophos AntiVirus.
For short: OpenVMS is running over 25 years, no virusses and 3 security alears (CERT) of the past time. It is ever invented, so not a dead OS. Never been hacked (Kevin Mitnick).
Even for US there is warenty for 20 years that this OS will be operational, supported and invented. So enough security for the futere.

Yes, virusses are coming up fast, and all the virusscanners are coming behind with solutions. In this case you're e-mail system will keep on working correctly.
