MS Exchange Attendant errors

I have following environment:
Windows 2003 Enterprise (AD in native mode), clustered Exchange 2003 server (also in native mode).

Every 30 minutes (more or less) I'm getting following error:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeFBPublish
Event Category: General
Event ID: 8213
Date: 2004-06-23
Time: 09:45:04
User: N/A
Computer: DL1
Description:
System Attendant Service failed to create session for virtual machine POCZTA. The error number is 0x80044501.

I found article describing workaround for Exchange 2000, however, it is not applicable for 2003. Any ideas how to solve this?

One site resolved the problem by removing NAV (anti-virus).

Another site resolved the error by resetting the Exchange Service account password.

Probably unrelated, but could be worth the time to check these registry settings:

Is it an Exchange 2003 organization in native mode or mixed mode? Any Exchange 5.5 servers? ADC connectors?

Thanks to all for replying.
Exchange is 2003, without any 5.5 servers or ADC, native mode. Issuse is similar to one described in Q328931, however in exchange 2003 there is no registry key mentioned in this article. Also, permissions to Mailbox Store seems to be fine, I tried to reset it, without luck.

And, I have no idea now to reset Exchange account - all services are running as "System".

You are right about the Exchange Services running under LocalSystem.

Most of the docs you have been given links to are for Exchange 2K/2K3 mixed mode (Exch 5.5/ADC) organizations.

Therefore we are in somewhat "uncharted territory" unless any of the registry editing in the previous links are helpful...

Since the System Attendant service is running under the machine$-account securitywise, you could always in your Exchange system admin run the "Delegate Control" wizard on your Administrative Group and add the POCZTA$ as "Exchange Full Administrator".

However if the cluster is in production it is probably better to wait for more qualified, well-founded suggestions :)
