    <description>yes.  &lt;BR /&gt;both, the server and the client I want to shutdown had RPC service started.&lt;BR /&gt;Plus, I started RPC locator in the client.&lt;BR /&gt;It didn't work either.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thank you.</description>

      <description>Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;When I try to shutdown a computer remotely, I log on to the DC via TS trhu a VPN connection.&lt;BR /&gt;Then I open up dsa.msc, computers OU, select the computer, manage, right click computer Management, properties and want to reach advanced tab.&lt;BR /&gt;I get this message instead:&lt;BR /&gt;System Properties&lt;BR /&gt;Win32: RPC server is unavailable.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anybody has an idea what may be the cause / solution?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thank you.&lt;BR /&gt;regards.</description>
