topic closing window from website in BackOffice Products

When a window is opened from a website, I am not able to close it. When I attempt to close the window, I have been getting an internet explorer error asking if I want to send an error report or not. Depending upon what kind of time I have determines whether I send the report or not. Then it closes both the window and the website, losing everything that I was working on. I spoke with my ISP and they said it was an internet setting and he had me change a setting--reuse windows for creating shortcuts. It was clicked and now it is not. Since I made that change, instead of receiving an error message, it just closes everything. Any suggestions?

Shalom,

1) Reverse the change your ISP recommended, that was stupid.

2) check your system for spyware, your browsers binary may ahve been corrupted. Search for "Spybot Search & Destroy" at downlaod.com

SEP

SEP is correct. Please install a spyware removal program. It should be solved.
