https://community.hpe.com/t5/backoffice-products/server-error/m-p/2570504#M413 I have a Win2000 server where I installed lotus enterprise server. <BR />The http webserver of the lotus server failed to bind to port 80 and so didnt start.<BR />It said the registry key Hkey/localmachine/system/currentcontrolset/control/win32separate?? (i forgot the exact key) is set to 24 and should be made to 0.
