      <description>No matter which word processing program you use, you have some choices.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1.  Print a single envelope and label for it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;or&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2.  Create a mail merge document.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Looking at #1.&lt;BR /&gt;   In MS Word, you would select "Tools" from the menu, then "Envelopes and Labels".  You could also select on a standard document the paper type of an Avery label sheet, and enter several sheets of information (for seperate labels), or copy a single address (as for a return address label).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Looking at #2.&lt;BR /&gt;   Again, in MS word, you can select "Tools" from the menu, then "mail merge".  This will create a small database (or table) of addresses and return addresses that at print time will print one a single letter or several hundreds of letters depending on the number of entries you have made into the mail merge document.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For more information, we would REALLY need to know what word processor you are using, and whether this is for a single letter of a bulk mailing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Jon&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
