      <description>This is easily fixed what you see is the field codes when you print, assuming you have a newer version of word (I'm using 2000 so this setting may be else where)  If you go to File--&amp;gt; Print --&amp;gt; click on Options --&amp;gt; Un-check Field codes &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This should fix your problem.  I hope this helps if so please don't forget some points :)</description>

      <description>hmmm     From the menu bar, select Tools, then Options, click on the Print tab, then within the "Include with Document" group, unselect everything EXCEPT for "Drawing Objects".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Jon&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
