topic Word problem in BackOffice Products

Word problem

Hi, the problem is like the kind if I type in a normal word document any mail address or I create hyperlink and if I print perview or print it prints in different manner..
in word document i type
sss@ss.com
and print the same file it prints as
{HYPERLINK"mailto:ss@ss.com"}

Please help me..

This is easily fixed what you see is the field codes when you print, assuming you have a newer version of word (I'm using 2000 so this setting may be else where) If you go to File--> Print --> click on Options --> Un-check Field codes

This should fix your problem. I hope this helps if so please don't forget some points :)

hmmm From the menu bar, select Tools, then Options, click on the Print tab, then within the "Include with Document" group, unselect everything EXCEPT for "Drawing Objects".
