How to cleanup the applet caching from IE browser?

What do u mean by applet caching? do you mean storing the classes and jars in temporary internet files directory? If that is the case, then you can clean by doing the following steps.

1. Toos->Internet Options
2. Click "Delete Files".
3. Click OK.

This will clean _ALL_ the temporary files in the "temporary intenet files" directory.

In addition to SivaramaKrishnan Nageswa's advice:

1) Right-click IE, select Internet Properties (alternatively Tools in an open IE window)
2) On the General tab click Settings, then View Objects
3) Delete the applets to your hearts content!
This will delete such things as the Windows Update control ("Update Class"), but most of them you will be able to retrieve...
