    <description>Hi Heather,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you running Windows ME?  If so, then this is a known problem.  The cause is outdated drivers for your video card.  You should update your drivers to the correct version for the OS you are running.       <description>In general terms, the error message means that IE is accessing memory at an address that is "out of bounds" - not belonging to IE.&lt;BR /&gt;You might try this URL:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com" target="_blank"&gt;http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and let it recommend patches and updates.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HTH,&lt;BR /&gt;Paul</description>
