Any Pascal compiler for HP-UX 11.23 ?

Hello,

We would like to migrate our application written in Pascal from HP-UX 11.00 to HP-UX 11.23.

Does anybody know if there exists an HP Pascal compiler for HP-UX 11.23 i.e. 11iv2 OS ?
If not can we use a gnu Pascal compiler compatible with HP-UX 11.23 ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I didn't see on on the Porting Centre not HP's Software Depot...

GNU version may be your only choice...

Hi Didier,

Which 11iv2 are you running - PA-RISC or Itanium?
IF you'll be running the PA-RISC 11iv2 then no re-compile should be necessary.
But If you're moving to an Integrity server which runs 11iv2 Itanium then indeed you probably should re-compile. But you may want to test the binaries prior to re-compilation just to see if running them under the Aries emulator will provide adequate performance.
But it's always better to have them copiled on the CPU system type of course.

OK I am trying to get a gnu Pascal compiler which has been certified on HP-UX 11iv2 (we are still hesitating between HP-UX PA-RISC and HP Itanium).
