&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;This case needs to be reviewed &amp;amp; requires intensive analysis from hardware related software side.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Kindly open a case with us for further investigation by our remote support engineers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;One of my suggestion would be to check whether space available at the directory "/var/tmp/sum" with full permission &amp;amp; use "ssh/scp" to copy the binaries.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Rocky Linux SUM failed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to install and setup SUM on a HPCM cluster (Rocky Linux). Im only able to inventory componets that dont need prerequisits. Once i check "&lt;SPAN&gt;Install Prerequisite components if not already installed" it fails with the following ouput.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[ERROR] ::&amp;nbsp; :: [remotenode.cpp:538] :: Failed to copy SUM binaries to the remote node &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[ERROR] ::&amp;nbsp; [serverext.cpp:4302] :: Errorcode: 5043, Error Message: Failed to copy SUM binaries to the remote node &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[ERROR] ::&amp;nbsp; :: [linuxremotenode.cpp:182] :: Failed to copy sum files &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;[ERROR] ::&amp;nbsp; :: [node_2.cpp:151] :: Remote inventory failed. ErrorCode: 5043 and Reason: Failed to copy SUM binaries to the remote node&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;/var/tmp/sum has r_x privileges.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
