      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;   I am facing problem while installing Oracle 9.2 on Linux AS3.&lt;BR /&gt; It's gives me error of JAVA VM &amp;amp; GUI doesn't pop up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;  Also let me know  the requied patches &amp;amp; the location from where I can down load the same.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks In Advance ....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Walter Crasto.</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;   Thanks for prompt reply, After installation of JDK 1.3.1 I am able to get the GUI. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But after selecting the all the packages it's starts the installation &amp;amp; with in a minutes the GUI disappeares with the following error messages.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;****************&lt;BR /&gt;Another exception has been detected while we were handling last error.&lt;BR /&gt;Dumping information about last error:&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR REPORT FILE = (N/A)&lt;BR /&gt;PC                = 0x0xa09dc780&lt;BR /&gt;SIGNAL            = 11&lt;BR /&gt;FUNCTION NAME     = (N/A)&lt;BR /&gt;LIBRARY NAME      = (N/A)&lt;BR /&gt;Please check ERROR REPORT FILE for further information, if there is any.&lt;BR /&gt;Good bye.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;*******************&lt;BR /&gt;Please help&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Walter Crasto&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>The IBM java off the original install cd's will support Oracle database without additional software.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Use the gnome installer and it will pull depenencies as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
