What is the best way to install SBS 2003 on this kind of server.

What kind of SmarStart CD could I use. I have tried to install without SmartStart but I dont think the installation finds the hard drive. I cant seem to find the Windows 2003 Driver for the SmartArray 431 Controller that the hard drives are connected to.

If someone could show me the way to these files i would be greatfull.
Where can I download this file so I can press the F6 button in setup and put in the right driver.

Hi Glenn, perhaps you are in the right place, so to install SBS you could begin to put to trash the CD and download a linux distribution. ;-)

You can do a lot of things with your linux box, i don't go to enumerate all of them but for example:

The premium edition of SBS includes everything in the standard edition, plus Microsoft SQL Serverâ ¢ 2000. Fantastic, in the linux box you can install postgresSQL or even MySQL among other SQL database.

Of course you can with linux make the things like SBS, another example:

The standard edition of Windows Small Business Server 2003 includes Windows Serverâ ¢ 2003 technologies, including fax service, firewall service, and remote-access service.

With linux you can do it too.

etc. etc. etc.

Cheers.
