      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To find out the halt reason i think ypu should have a look in syslogd's logfiles which can be determined by viewing /etc/syslog.conf</description>

      <description>If you just pull the plug, you might not get a stop message in /var/log/messages.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will see plenty of complaints about dirty filesystems and fsck when you start the system back up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
