Hi,

I skipped the X configuration while installation.. Now i need to configure the X to work on Vmware software...Can you please let me know how to do it...FYI..startx is not working..

Hi,
The simple answer is Xconfigurator.
find for this exe file ans run it on the console-monitor and set the VGA settings.

One of the default setting for monitor is
"Generic VGA, 640 x 480 @ 60 Hz".
