    <description>It appears you haee a driver or hardware fault.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) Check scsi cables and such and termination and tha ll scsi id's are unique.&lt;BR /&gt;2) This could be serious and eventually lead to a server crash.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you searched Red Hat's site for that error?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>from syslog:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Jun 18 15:23:05 fsu50 kernel: WARNING: casm: Unknown casmc_crom_ioctl Cmd: 0x5401&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I get a lot of these, several per second.
