      <description>Hi nick,&lt;BR /&gt;may be because the package that you are trying to install needs some other packages that are not installed and/or do not exist on the sles rpm database. I don't know suse well but try to find if the redhat instructions on that site ( &lt;A href="http://www.redhat.com/advice/tips/rhce/rpm.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.redhat.com/advice/tips/rhce/rpm.html&lt;/A&gt; ) applies to suse and solve your problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Xyko</description>

      <description>thank you.&lt;BR /&gt;I was put all rpm files in the same dirtory. then edit the file /usr/lib/rpm/macros  and change the &lt;BR /&gt;%_solve_pkgsdir /windows/F/dl/suse/SLES9/suse/i586&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have installed xxx.rpm with the --aid switch,It seems nothing has changed and appears "Failed dependencies" .&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
