    <description>exchange the hard disk from other server which linux had been installed on hard disk to the server which cant install linux.:)&lt;BR /&gt;or clone the hard disk by utility tools ,such as ghost.</description>

      <description>I try installing red hat linux 9 on hp LH6000r.i put in the first red hat and booted the server the installation started ,i chose the language and keyboard there came place for  me  to choose where the image was.i chose local cdrom error: the is no red hat linux cd in the drive. I try it may time but with the same error. i created boot disk to start the installation but still the same error. i have instlled win 200&amp;amp;2003 on that same server with  the same Cd rom drive.</description>

I am using LH6000r ,and the system begins sitting still once the installation processes the scsi or netraid detecting .  the prompt is that system is loadig  sym53cXXX.... drivers . &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How to solve it ?       <description>Use Latest version of linux. Fedora or CENTOS&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This problem is due to the driver issue. If you need RH9 only then you can go for HDD install or network installation.       <description>Hello, i had same problem with red hat 9, downloaded from &lt;A href="http://www.linuxiso.org." target="_blank"&gt;www.linuxiso.org.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And don't install to any pc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You must try to download another version of redhat 9 (only the first cd, the other work correctly)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope helpful.</description>
