    <description>Martin,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I keep the following 2 links in my favorites list.  Depending on the error is how I tell how serious the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The first link is a "blow it out of the water and start from scratch" page.       <title>Problem with Proliant Support pack</title>

      <description>Hello!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After i have installed the psp 7.11 i got errors on my rpm db like this: &lt;BR /&gt;error: db4 error(-30989) from dbcursor-&amp;gt;c_get: DB_PAGE_NOTFOUND: Requested page not found&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The error appears when i run rpm -qa.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HW: DL360 G4, Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 3.00GHz, 4gb mem, 2*36 gb (hw raid 1).&lt;BR /&gt;Iam using RHEL 3 (update 3) with 2.4.21-20.EL kernel.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know how to correct this?&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried to run rpmdb --rebuild but i got only the same error in return.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I appreciate all help i can have.&lt;BR /&gt;Rgds Martin</description>
